Below you will find a list of our class offerings. We invite you to try out different classes with different teachers, as each teacher brings their own personality and experience to a class.

Fascia Fridays

Consider this class self-care 101! This class utilizes Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls and provides you with simple and effective self-myofascial release tools to help you improve mobility, prevent injuries, ease pain while increasing healing and recovery. You will connect with a better understanding of your own anatomy as you learn to traverse multiple layers of your own myofascial geography and connective tissue. You will leave this class feeling rested and restored and as though you had an hour of deep tissue massage. A great class for athletes, runners, cyclists, CrossFitters, bootcampers, desk dwellers, tight and tired people or anyone who wishes to feel great!
All levels welcome and no yoga experience necessary. If you have Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls, bring them with you if not, use ours or purchase your own.

This class emphasizes gentle stretching and supportive relaxation. It is designed to create breath awareness, and gently increase flexibility via a variety of yoga poses. Restorative Yoga poses at the end of this practice utilize props to make it easier for the body to surrender to the pose providing a completely supportive environment for total relaxation. Gently stretch, de-stress, relax and restore. Suitable for all levels.

Gentle Yoga

This class emphasizes stretching, coordination of breath with movement and attention to alignment. The class is designed to create breath awareness, enhance balance, and increase flexibility. De-stress and Relax. Suitable for all levels.

Gentle Yoga and Meditation

Meditation and Pranayama are the more subtle practices of yoga that open the richness of inner experience, as well as an increased clarity and energy towards outer life.
Meditation is natural and deeply rewarding. It offers a direct and intuitive experience of states of consciousness that are healing and inspiring:

Inner peace, self-acceptance, unselfish love, vitality, creativity and a calm joy that transcends life’s ups and downs.

Meditation class will help you:

Reduce tension, anxiety and stress.  Explore different breathing techniques to support your practice: mindfulness, mantra, guided awareness. Improve your health, mental clarity, and vitality.

Practice simple gentle stretches and exercises to calm the nervous system and tone muscles.

Everyone is Welcome

Hot Yoga

Yoga For Everyone class format with one big difference, the addition of HEAT. Room temperatures will range between 90 to 95 degrees. Postures and sequences will vary per teacher but the aim is the same, which is to create a safe, sweaty environment for yogis to practice mindful stretch, strength and balance. The key to enjoying Hot Yoga is coming prepared. Be sure you are properly hydrated BEFORE class begins.

Our classroom is equipped with Heating Green Infrared Heaters. Our heaters, like the sun, produce radiant heat waves which work to heat up water. Because the human body is made up of mostly water, this infrared heat transfers extremely effectively and can help gently increase blood circulation, rid the body of toxins and even provide pain relief.

Mindful Strength

Mindful Strength incorporates body weight exercises to mindfully strengthen you inside and out providing a balance to your current movement diet. You can expect an intentional warm-up followed by intervals to increase cardiovascular fitness and build total body strength and endurance. Through mindful movement and a focus on proper technique, this class will challenge you to be your best and strongest self.


Sunrise Yoga

Each class begins with light meditation and gentle stretches to wake up the body. Then transition into energizing sun salutations, standing and balancing poses to round out the practice. A great way to start your day!

Yoga for Core Strength

Core Strength incorporates yoga postures, breath and a variety of dynamic movements to access your deep core muscles. Postures and sequencing will be geared toward strengthening and stabilizing the abdominals, glutes, and thighs. Having a strong core helps to stabilize the body which can prevent injuries and reduce low back pain. This is a challenging strength based practice.

Yoga for EveryBody

This class provides an opportunity for all levels to build upon the fundamentals of yoga through meditation, pranayama (breath work), and exploring more advanced postures (i.e. arm balances, inversions, and back bends) to increase strength, stamina, and flexibility. Modifications are offered for the advanced postures. There will be something for everyone, come and explore.

Yoga Tune Up®

This innovative combination of self-massage, creative movement, yoga poses, corrective exercise and breath work gives you the power to discover what your body needs and the tools to support it. Whether it’s strength and stability, stretching and range of motion, or unbinding tight, tired tissues through self massage, Yoga Tune Up® sets you on an intelligent path for taking care of your body. This practice open to all levels helps students to establish healthy movement patterns designed to help you live better in your body.
